Our classics are the Garlic Butter, Truffle Butter & Red Wine Butter. These are butters that would never go wrong with your steaks. Mentaiko butter goes exceptionally well with our Wagyu beef cubes, the best combination ever.

1. TRUFFLE BUTTER + AUSTRALIA BLACK ANGUS GRAIN FED HANGER
Hanger is the most under-rated cut in the whole world that is highly sought-after due to the intense flavour of the meat. With this, pairing truffle butter with it will bring not dull down the flavour of the beef but rather acts as a compliment to it. It is perfect for roasting with a small slab of truffle butter on it. As it slowly melts while roasting, the aroma of the truffle will seep into the steak, making it intensely rich and flavourful.
2. MENTAIKO BUTTER + WAGYU BEEF CUBES
Beef cubes are commonly found in night markets and even shopping mall where they torched them to get that charred flavour. However, when we use wagyu beef cubes and mentaiko butter as a combination. You will find that you can make it yourself too at home! With the fats from our beef cubes, the mentaiko that goes on it can be torched to achieve that umami flavour. Other than pairing well with beef, the mentaiko butter can be used in creating other dishes such as pasta!
3. GARLIC BUTTER + ARGENTINA GRAIN FED RIBEYE
Argentina is renowned for its high-quality, juicy meat. For a ribeye, it's marbling is far superior from the rest. For this steak, we would recommend the classic garlic butter to go with it. You can enjoy the aromatic fragrance from the garlic that has been infused with the butter. As the Argentina ribeye belongs to the family of intense flavour, a classic compliment like garlic will never turn out wrong.
4. RED WINE BUTTER + A4 MIYAZAKI WAGYU
Miyazaki Beef is 100% purebred Japanese Wagyu from the Miyachiku co-op. The name of the breed of cow that is used by Miyachiku is Kuroge Washu, also known as "Japanese Black". The aroma of the red wine butter will intensify the exquisite wagyu. Perfect for a home fine-dining experience with your love ones.
